This edition has no mood diary, account form, newsletter signup, advertising tags, or analytics added by MoodMeh. It does not ask you to submit reflections, symptoms, or personal health information. Suggested writing exercises happen away from the site, on your own paper or device.

Hosting and ordinary requests

Visiting any hosted page sends technical requests to its hosting infrastructure. The hosting provider may process information such as IP addresses and request logs under its own terms. This page does not claim that browsing produces no technical records.

Email contact

Emailing hello@moodmeh.com shares your email address, message, and any attachments with MoodMeh through its email providers. We use that information to handle your enquiry or correction. Please avoid sending personal health details. The contact link opens your own email app; this site does not collect a contact form submission.

When you follow a source link, the destination website applies its own privacy and cookie practices. MoodMeh does not control those websites.

Future changes

If subscriptions, analytics, or interactive tools are introduced, this notice must be revised to describe their actual behavior. No collection of personal mood entries is planned for this edition.
